Minecraft is the popular sandbox indie game for letting users built structures by breaking and placing blocks. Many people have created worlds on the PlayStation 3 or Xbox 360, and now it is also available on both the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One with new features such as 36 times larger than the original version. How to Transfer old Minecraft world data to Xbox One, PS4, or PS Vita

For existing players, it is easy to import their saved worlds to the new editions, without needing to recreate King’s Landing. However, it is not allowed to transfer from a PS3 to an Xbox One or from an Xbox 360 to a PS4.
On your Xbox 360, first launch Minecraft, click on “Play Game” option from the list, select the saved game you want to transfer, and press the Y button.
Go back to your Xbox One, launch Minecraft, select “Play Game“, click the X button on the controller to download your old map automatically.
On the PS3, launch Minecraft, click on “Play Game”, select the saved world, press the R1 button on the controller, select “Upload Save for PS Vita/PS4” and press the X button.
Go back to the PS4 or PS Vita, run the game, Select “Play Game”, press the the square button on the controller.
